I feel so depressed, what I can do?
Lately I have felt so depressed I cried all day today I reached a point they just do not care no more fair and always seem to bite everyone. I go to the doctors of tomorrow of my weight and see if I have diabetes witch I think I have because I have symptoms. Latley I been sick with bad headaches and wanting to be sick all the time. Also I'm falling i have a habit of life, and my mother can not take the dog and cat so they must be repatriated and that I simply can not cope with quitting. I do not get along with my parents because of family problems in the past. I will not go a depressant pills because I do not want a pill to make me happy. Does anyone have any advice? Everyone I can see how much it will cost and I live in England in Essex. I all I can do to come with us. I feel much happier if they atleast would be a great weight off my shoulders, but apparently there is nothing you can do.
Good to see the future doctor is a good start. tell of his depression as well and maybe try to make an appointment to see a counselor. Also, try to keep you busy. Drawing, do some good works, watch funny movies, taking long walks. All to help you stop thinking about other things a bit, can not hurt. Everyone goes through bad phases. You move forward and become stronger. Good luck
