I'm fostering a litter of orphaned puppies soon! I have a quick question!?
Would a large plastic dog crate with a removeable top be a good place to contain them, like a nesting box?
It's only for the first week or two. When they start to move, we will let them walk around, and move them at night and when we can't watch them to a kid's playpen.

yes, if they're small, but be sure to let them out to play, like all things they need their exercise. Have fun and good luck!
